This policy complies with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

The enquiry forms (calculator, historic and contact) do not send or store data on any server: data is processed only in your browser to compose the message you choose to send via WhatsApp. The only exception is the review form, which is stored on our server for moderation (see section 11).

We only receive your data when you contact us via WhatsApp or another channel: contact details (name, phone, email), vehicle details (make, model, year, plate, VIN, country) and any documents you choose to send (registration certificate, invoices, ID/NIE, photos, etc.).

We do not create profiles or make automated decisions, and we do not send advertising without your consent.

Your consent when sending us your enquiry (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), pre-contractual measures and performance of the engagement (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).

Enquiries that do not become engagements are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by tax and commercial law.

To carry out the procedures requested, data may be disclosed to the necessary bodies (DGT, Tax Agency, ATIB, customs, ITV stations, official laboratories or town councils). We use WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta group) as a messaging channel. We do not sell or share your data for commercial purposes.

WhatsApp/Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Images on this website are served from Unsplash and Pexels networks, which may log your IP address.

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us via WhatsApp or by post at the address above, proving your identity.

You may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

This website is not intended for children under 14. If you are under 14, please do not send us personal data.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Please only send the documents necessary for your procedure.

If you submit a review, we process your name, vehicle, country of origin, rating and comment, plus an encrypted hash of your IP address for 24 hours to prevent abuse. The legal basis is your express consent. We check every review to confirm it comes from a real client and, if approved, publish it showing only your first name and last-name initial, vehicle, country and comment.

You can withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your review at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp. Rejected reviews are deleted periodically.
